FBO has been a major partner along many others including the Ontario Chamber of Commerce in drafting a response to the “Changing Workplaces Review” currently being undertaken by the Provincial government.
If the current recommendations for changes to the Employment Standards Act and the Labour Relations Act are adopted by this government this will have far reaching and potentially very negative impacts on our sector.
