The application process is now open, until October 23rd, for the NSF-Guelph Food Technology Centre's (GFTC) 4th Annual Food Safety Awards. This is a great opportunity for companies and individuals in the food and beverage industry to receive public acknowledgement for the important work and emphasis they put into food safety. The awards will be presented in February, 2016, at NSF-GFTC’s Safe Food Canada in Brampton, Ontario.
